Book Description

Indonesian in 3 Weeks is a book designed to allow language learners to grasp the Indonesian language in just 3 weeks. The book is divided into three parts: Part I teaches sentence patterns that are commonly used in daily conversations. Part II consists of conversations from everyday situations-ordering meals, asking and giving simple directions, counting, making purchases, telling the time, speaking on the telephone, and understanding simple questions and statements. Substitution drills at the end of each conversation help the reader to gain proficiency in speaking Indonesian. Part III provides informal conversations which the reader is likely to hear and participate in. These will consolidate what has been learnt in parts I and II.
