Refund, Return and Exchange Policy

Refund

All items sold are non-refundable.


Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Item

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact our customer service team within 3 days if the item received is defective, damaged or incorrect.


Parcel(s) not delivered

Parcel(s) are shipped by courier and usually delivered within 1-3 working days. Please contact our customer service team within 3 days if you did not receive the parcel(s).


Missing Item

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact our customer service team within 3 days if you have missing item.


Order Cancellation

We are not able to cancel an order once it is paid and confirmed.


Order Amendment

Please contact us immediately if you wish to make amendments to your order. We are not able to make amendments to an order once it has been dispatched.


Return and Exchange We do not usually allow return and exchange once the order has been dispatched. However, you may contact our customer service team to submit a return and exchange request. Please note that all return and exchange requests are subject to our approval and discretion. All approved return and exchange requests are subject to a RM 10.00 administrative charge. All items must be returned unused, undamaged and in mint condition to be eligible for an exchange. Otherwise, returns will be rejected.

If exchanged items are of a higher value, the price difference must be paid.


Any additional shipping charges involved for the exchange will be borne by the customer.
